Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will own execution of all spend planning, analysis and reporting for Enovis' Foot & Ankle Business Unit, partnering with senior leadership team and functional managers. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, strong analytical skillset and a desire to learn the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support monthly forecast and annual budget process, including:

  • Responsible for monthly forecasting, managerial reporting and analysis of Operating Expenses for the entire Foot & Ankle Unit
  • Hold meetings with executive leaders to review actuals and update projections
  • Analytics and modeling to support annual budget and strategic planning processes
  • Maintain detailed excel models to support month end close reporting and forecast updates
  • Understand business drivers for spend. Identify and analyze spend drivers
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, R&D and admin organizations
  • Analyze data, derive insights and provide recommendations to maximize return on investment
  • Evaluate investment and spend reduction opportunities with business cases
  • Report and present OPEX by senior leader and department
  • Support spend execution for headcount, spend and capital expenditures
  • Support ad-hoc request

Support Month end close process and close reporting, specifically:

  • Actuals vs forecast variance analysis during the close process to ensure errors or omissions are corrected prior to the close completion
  • Partner with accounting on department and account coding to align actuals with forecast/budget
  • Assist accounting with accrual support for HCP engagements
  • Provide EBITDA flash results during close, including commentary on variances to forecast

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate financial reporting or public accounting equivalent environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experienced in Netsuite, Oracle, EPM/Hyperion/HFM or similar systems
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across functions
  • Must possess strong Excel skills, including the ability to build detailed models
  • Knowledge in US GAAP

Travel: Minimal travel, 10% or less expected
