As a Store Manager you will manage all branch store operations (service and operations) for a single large store or multi-store locations consisting of hourly or exempt team members. You will ensure execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and goals through leadership in the areas of talent management, customer service, sales growth, and cost to serve.

You will report to the Director of Branch Network. This role is basedin Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:

  • Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored. Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
  • Ability to teach customer serice skills and knowledge of products and operatinal excellence.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect. This includes interviewing and training, assign and direct work, performance evaluations, and recognition and performance management.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers,
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.
  • Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
