Reporting directly to the Sr. Customer Care Rep, the Reception/Customer Service Rep will function as a point of contact for dealers and direct retail customers. This position will explain product details, pricing and relay order and shipping information. This position functions as an important face and voice of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Complete customer service for product information and ordering via e-mail, phone and in person.
  • Accurately enter data and purchase orders into the system for processing.
  • Assist with dealer and customer communications regarding order and shipping status.
  • Review received orders for fraud prevention.
  • Complete billing and send invoices for orders. Process returns and exchanges.
  • File billing and order paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain Front Desk area for cleanliness and a professional appearance.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
  • Able to maintain excellent attendance and an upbeat attitude.
  • Proficient with research and problem-solving regarding order resolution and billing.
  • Proficient with office systems such as Microsoft Suites, Order entry systems, multi-line phones and social media.
  • Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
  • Able to function on an independent basis and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Ability to prioritize work load in a timely and professional manner.
  • High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or reception experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to sit for long periods of time and view a computer screen for a majority of shift.
  • Requires occasional walking, standing and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Use of PPE as needed when required for warehouse communication and order retrieval.
