The FSS Technician reports directly to the Closure Manager and has the authority and responsibility for the day to day implementation of the FSS Program and procedures involving soil sampling at the Moab and Crescent Junction project sites. The Technician coordinates with Operations to conduct soil sampling for verification that applicable release concentrations are met.
